Agenda Conscious Destinations in Uncover
In 2022, the Centre of Expertise in Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality (CELTH) adopted the Conscious Destinations Agenda as a framework for knowledge development on the social, environmental and economic impact of the whole domain of hospitality.
The Conscious Destinations Agenda sets goals and challenges aimed at regional broad prosperity and sustainable tourism development. From the outset, CELTH emphasized the importance of collaboration between businesses, residents, governments and academia in a multi-stakeholder perspective. The tasks from the Conscious Destinations Agenda have been brought together around five key themes.
