Establishment of the Van Gogh Development Centre

We are contributing our knowledge, experts, development and research methods, and our network to the development and establishment of the Van Gogh Development Centre. Together with some 25 partner organisations, we are aiming to lead the way in Europe where it concerns developing and implementing innovative tourism applications. In this respect, Van Gogh is an icon and source of inspiration for the development of sustainable quality tourism products and services, boosting crossovers with other knowledge institutes, and testing new concepts.

More is not better: the emotional dynamics of an excellent experience

In Museum Vincentre Nuenen, research has been conducted into the effect of storytelling on the visitor's experience. The results of the research are included in the planning for the renewed experiences of the Van Gogh heritage locations.
