To what extent does Airbnb impact the quality of life in cities?

Airbnb and livability (housing prices is one element related to livability) are hot topics in relation to tourism. Our research aims to investigate what impact Airbnb has on housing prices, beyond currently existing findings. The outcomes of this research provide information whether a relationship exists between the quality of life/housing prices and Airbnb, which is important for cities/regions that deal with Airbnb and similar organisations. We conduct this research in cooperation with Breda University of Applied Sciences, HZ University of Applied Sciences and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
